Política de privacidad
EquiNext Trainers es una app de gestión para escuelas de equitación. Esta política explica qué datos personales tratamos, para qué y con quién los compartimos.
1. Responsable del tratamiento
El responsable es EquiNext Trainers. Puedes contactar con nosotros para cualquier duda sobre privacidad en soporte@equinext.app.
2. Qué datos recogemos
Nombre, email y (para alumnos) teléfono; rol dentro del centro (profesor o alumno) y el centro al que perteneces; asistencia a clases y solicitudes de recuperación; estado de cuotas y productos (pendiente, pagado, retrasado); documentos que subas tú o tu centro (ficha de caballo, documentos del alumno en PDF o imagen); token del dispositivo para notificaciones push (solo si las activas); informes de fallo de la app (versión, sistema operativo, traza del error e identificador interno de usuario, sin contraseñas ni datos de tarjeta); y, si el centro está suscrito, datos de facturación gestionados directamente por Stripe (ver punto 4). Nunca vemos ni guardamos el número completo de tu tarjeta.
3. Para qué los usamos
Para prestar el servicio: gestionar clases, asistencia, caballos, servicios y cobros del centro; enviarte notificaciones push si las activaste (clases, cobros, avisos del centro); detectar y corregir fallos de la app; y gestionar el cobro de la suscripción EquiNext Trainers del centro a través de Stripe.
4. Con quién los compartimos
Con Supabase (nuestra infraestructura de base de datos, autenticación y almacenamiento). Con Stripe, para procesar el pago de la suscripción del centro; Stripe recibe y almacena los datos de tu tarjeta directamente, nosotros nunca los vemos. Con Google o Apple si inicias sesión con esas cuentas. Con Expo/Apple/Google para el envío de notificaciones push, si las activas. Con Sentry, para informes de fallo (diagnóstico técnico, no publicidad). No vendemos tus datos ni usamos SDKs de publicidad o analítica de producto.
5. Cuánto tiempo los conservamos
Mientras tu cuenta y la de tu centro estén activas. Si solicitas el borrado de tu cuenta, tus datos quedan marcados para eliminación y se borran de forma definitiva a los 30 días (periodo de gracia para poder cancelar el borrado). Si eres el único profesor de un centro y decides cerrarlo, el resto de alumnos conserva su cuenta EquiNext Trainers aunque queden sin centro asignado.
6. Tus derechos
Puedes acceder, rectificar o borrar tus datos, y solicitar la portabilidad, desde Ajustes → Mi cuenta → Eliminar cuenta, o escribiendo a soporte@equinext.app. Si estás en la Unión Europea, también puedes presentar una reclamación ante tu autoridad de protección de datos (en España, la AEPD).
7. Menores de edad
Los perfiles de alumnos menores de edad los crea y gestiona el centro (los profesores), responsable de contar con el consentimiento necesario de madres, padres o tutores legales.
8. Seguridad
Los datos se almacenan cifrados en tránsito y en reposo mediante la infraestructura de Supabase, con control de acceso por roles (RLS) para que cada centro solo vea sus propios datos.
9. Cambios en esta política
Si actualizamos esta política, cambiaremos la fecha de "última actualización" y, si el cambio es significativo, te avisaremos dentro de la app.
Privacy policy
EquiNext Trainers is a management app for riding schools. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and who we share it with.
1. Data controller
The data controller is EquiNext Trainers. You can reach us with any privacy question at soporte@equinext.app.
2. What data we collect
Name, email and (for students) phone number; your role at the school (teacher or student) and the school you belong to; class attendance and make-up requests; fee and product status (pending, paid, overdue); documents you or your school upload (horse profile, student documents as PDF or image); your device's push notification token (only if you enable them); crash reports (app version, operating system, stack trace and an internal user id — never passwords or card data); and, if the school is subscribed, billing data handled directly by Stripe (see section 4). We never see or store your full card number.
3. Why we use it
To provide the service: managing the school's classes, attendance, horses, services and payments; sending you push notifications if you enabled them (classes, payments, school news); detecting and fixing app crashes; and billing the school's EquiNext Trainers subscription through Stripe.
4. Who we share it with
Supabase (our database, authentication and storage infrastructure). Stripe, to process the subscription payment; Stripe receives and stores your card data directly, we never see it. Google or Apple if you sign in with those accounts. Expo/Apple/Google to deliver push notifications, if enabled. Sentry, for crash reports (technical diagnostics, not advertising). We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising or product-analytics SDKs.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as your account and your school remain active. If you request account deletion, your data is marked for deletion and permanently erased after 30 days (a grace period during which you can cancel the deletion). If you are the sole teacher of a school and choose to close it, the remaining students keep their EquiNext Trainers account even without a school assigned.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and request portability, from Settings → My account → Delete account, or by writing to soporte@equinext.app. If you are in the European Union, you can also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
7. Minors
Underage student profiles are created and managed by the school (its teachers), who are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from parents or legal guardians.
8. Security
Data is stored encrypted in transit and at rest through Supabase infrastructure, with role-based access control (RLS) so each school only ever sees its own data.
9. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the "last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you inside the app.
