Al usar EquiNext Trainers aceptas estas condiciones. Léelas junto con la Política de privacidad.
1. El servicio
EquiNext Trainers es una app móvil para la gestión de escuelas de equitación: clases, asistencia, clientes, caballos, servicios, cobros y estadísticas.
2. Cuentas y roles
Un centro tiene uno o varios profesores (hasta 3, según el plan); uno de ellos gestiona el pago de la suscripción y la administración del equipo, y puede invitar a otros profesores con un código. Los alumnos acceden mediante invitación del centro. Eres responsable de mantener segura tu contraseña y de la actividad que ocurra en tu cuenta.
3. Suscripción y pagos
EquiNext Trainers se ofrece a los centros mediante una suscripción mensual. El pago y la gestión de la suscripción (alta, cambio de tarjeta, facturas, cancelación) se realizan a través de Stripe, en el navegador del sistema; la app nunca procesa ni almacena datos de tu tarjeta. Puedes cancelar la suscripción en cualquier momento desde "Gestionar suscripción"; seguirás con acceso hasta el final del periodo ya pagado.
4. Uso aceptable
Usa la app solo para gestionar tu centro de equitación de forma lícita. No intentes acceder a datos de otros centros, ni usar la app para fines distintos a los previstos.
5. Tus datos y contenido
Los datos que introduces (clientes, caballos, clases, documentos, imágenes de noticias) siguen siendo tuyos; nos autorizas a tratarlos únicamente para prestarte el servicio, según la Política de privacidad.
6. Disponibilidad y cambios
Trabajamos para que el servicio esté disponible, pero puede haber interrupciones por mantenimiento o causas ajenas a nosotros. Podemos actualizar funciones de la app con el tiempo.
7. Borrado de cuenta y cierre de centro
Puedes solicitar el borrado de tu cuenta desde Ajustes en cualquier momento. Si eres el único profesor de un centro, te avisaremos de que cerrarlo afecta a tus alumnos antes de confirmar; el resto de alumnos conserva su cuenta EquiNext Trainers. El borrado tiene un periodo de gracia de 30 días durante el cual puedes cancelarlo.
8. Limitación de responsabilidad
El servicio se ofrece "tal cual". En la medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables de daños indirectos derivados del uso de la app; sí somos responsables de prestar el servicio con diligencia razonable.

1. The service
EquiNext Trainers is a mobile app for managing riding schools: classes, attendance, clients, horses, services, payments and statistics.
2. Accounts and roles
A school has one or more teachers (up to 3, depending on the plan); one of them manages the subscription billing and team administration, and can invite other teachers with a code. Students join through a school invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens on your account.
3. Subscription and payments
EquiNext Trainers is offered to schools through a monthly subscription. Payment and subscription management (sign-up, changing card, invoices, cancellation) happen through Stripe, in the system browser; the app never processes or stores your card data. You can cancel the subscription at any time from "Manage subscription"; you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app only to lawfully manage your riding school. Do not attempt to access other schools’ data or use the app for purposes other than intended.
5. Your data and content
Data you enter (clients, horses, classes, documents, news images) remains yours; you authorize us to process it solely to provide the service, per the Privacy policy.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may update app features over time.
7. Account deletion and school closure
You can request account deletion from Settings at any time. If you are the sole teacher of a school, we'll warn you that closing it affects your students before you confirm; remaining students keep their EquiNext Trainers account. Deletion has a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel it.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app; we are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care.
